Introductory Consultation - £60

Our first session together will typically be slightly lengthier than subsequent sessions, because primarily I want to gain an insight into your circumstances and to be able to fully understand what has led you to the position you are now in. I'll explain how hypnosis works and answer any questions you may have to ensure our work together will be as rewarding and collaborative as possible. Following this we'll engage in a hypnosis session.

All Subsequent Sessions - £60

between 3 & 6 sessions are usually needed to succesfully treat most issues, one session will typically take up to 60 minutes,

Anxiety Relief Programme - £250

This is a package of 5 sessions each up to 60 minutes long. Fewer sessions can be booked individually if preferred at a cost of £60 per session.

Hypnomenopause - £250

This is a package of 5 sessions each up to 60 minutes long. This package covers all aspects of perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms and is tailored to your individual needs. Fewer sessions can be booked individually if preferred at a cost of £60 per session.

Payment

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Payment is required no later than 48 hours prior to your session. If payment hasn't been received, your appointment will be cancelled so please get in touch if this is likely to be a problem.

Upon booking you will be sent an invoice via e-mail. This can be paid via paypal or with a credit/debit card. I am also happy to receive bank transfers, please contact me if this is your preffered payment method.
