Hypnotherapy is a wonderful way to deal with problems. Often we are our own worst enemies and refuse steadfastly to help ourselves overcome issues that are affecting our lives on a daily basis. We just carry on! Often for years. Repeating the same patterns, over and over. Change is difficult, and often resisted, even when we know making those changes will ultimately make life better. This is why hypnotherapy is such a wonderful thing, because it enables us to do just that. It empowers us to make change, to improve ourselves and our lives, to become happier, more confident and ultimately more content within ourselves.

A long term successful outcome in my opinion, would rely greatly on the determination and motivation of the individual to quit.
Hypnotherapy requires more than one session. However it is probably one of the briefest forms of psychological therapy, and in clinical studies the average number of sessions is around 4-6
